Orders:
  • What should I do if my product is faulty? answer along the lines of: If product was purchased from our website and the item received is faulty or broken then please return your item. For more information on returns please click here (this should then link/anchor link to a section on the website where people can return the product)
  • How can I change my order? answer along the lines of: Once you have ordered your product, your order has already been processed. Once your order has been processed you are unable to cancel or change your order. Please see our returns policy here (link to return policy)
  • Where is my order? answer along the lines of: You can find the status of your order: here (is there a link that customers can click to find where there order is?). Standard delivery: xx days

  • If you purchased online you will be able to track your order via the confirmation email with your tracking code. 
  • l have received the wrong order. Please contact our customer service here and we will be in touch.
  • Can I amend my delivery option on my order? Once your order has been processed we are unable to change your delivery option.

  • Allergies: You can find a full list of ingredients on our product pages. If you are concerned about any allergies then please get in touch with us here (link to where people can contact for allergy information). Our products have been made without xx,xx, and xx for sensitive skin. 
  • Are your products vegan and cruelty free? All of our products are both vegan and cruelty free. 
  • Are your products pregnancy friendly? Entod to advise
  • Discounts: Discounts can't be used in conjunction with each other, and will not work in conjunction with site-wide discounts. To apply your discount code, once you are at checkout you will just need to apply the code, this will deduct the amount automatically on payment. 
Refunds:
  • How do I return an item for a refund? We hope you love the product just as much as we do. We will happily refund your items if the product in unused and sealed. Please find more information here (link to terms and conditions). 
  • How will my refund be processed? Refunds will be processed on the same card used for checkout. Refunds usually take xx days to process.
